Pass the Page Blog Hop

Hi eveyone!  Welcome to Julie's Pass the Page Blog Hop.  I recently participated in Julie J's Pass the Page.  Basically she created a layout, sent it to someone, that someone created a layout based on Julie's page then sent on her own layout and this went on and on and on, get the picture.  Each person had one week to create their layout.  And now there's a fabulous blog hop at the end.  If you go to Julie's page and leave a comment you have a chance to win a fab little gift!

So you should be here from Candace's blog, and she created this great  layout...

From this I was  inspired especially be the paint and flags and wanted to use multiple photos like Candace did.  Here is what I created...
Loads and loads of Pink Paislee's Soriee line here.  I basically took the busiest piece in the line, added a wide strip of white paint down the middle which I then proceeded to cover up with pictures, fussy cut flowers, flags, etc.  Oh and that's braided twine on there!  Cool huh?!  The pictures are from Marin's 3rd birthday party where her friend Maddy was doing her hair.  Yeah there's a lot to look at here but I love it!  Bright and busy and makes me happy!  So now hop on over to Lizzie's blog as she is showcasing Helen's creation which was based on my layout.  I'm excited to see this myself as no one has seen what any of the layouts that were created after their own... so I need to get hopping myself!  You should too!!!

In case you get lost along the way, here is a list of all the stops, or if you want to start from the beginning go to Julie's blog!!!

Wow, having seen both Julie's and Candace's pages now, I'm so amazed by the transformation each time.
Your page is soooo full of colour and zing - makes me dizzy (but in a nice way!).

Love the twine and the little flags - really cute.

This idea is so neat, I love it! Your layout is gorgeous!!! I love the bright colours, and all the elements (braided twine, that's a great idea, mind if I steal it?) but the focus is still on the photos! I like the idea of painting the paper to make a mat, too. I probably won't be able to hop, but just wanted to stop by to say how much I love this page! Hugs, Roxy.

I love the way that you've taken the inspiration but made the page your own - love the paint and flags and twine AND the fussy cutting

This is wonderful! I love the colours and I love busy pages so this is right up my street. Your little people are similar ages to mine - its hard to fit scrapping in isn't it?!

Now that's what I call a riot of colour! It's such a fun page and I especially love all that bunting. It already looks very different to the original page. Can't wait to see what happens to it next!
