Hi everyone! Happy April Fools Day!!! This month at Scrapbookers Anonymous we're asking you to dig into your stash by using maps and brads. Well, you may not have map paper in your stash, but you could use, a real map, an atlas, or print a map from online.
Sadly, this is the last stash challenge we're going to have for Scrapbookers Anonymous. Yes, Theresa and I have decided to close the challenge blog down. So as it's the last challenge I thought it would be fitting to do a layout of her and me.
I used my new Tim Holtz die cut and made flowers out of maps and cardstock, and of course brads. The little white and blue clouds are also brads, and there are a few butterfly brads thrown in there as well.
I usually do my Scrapbookers Anonymous challenges well in advance, but the good thing about putting it off to the end is that I also made this for the Candyland challenge over at Child's Play Challenges. You're supposed to use the Candyland game board as inspiration. Well I pulled the colors on the layout from the game, and I thought the awesome new K and co. Smash tape I put around the photo also gave it a Candyland sort of feel.
Now, head on over to Scrapbookers Anonymous and start digging into your maps and brads!!!
